Here is what I make every week:
2 T lemon juice
1 T honey
1 T mustard
1.5 t olive oil
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
Marinate about 20 min and then bake covered 350 for about 20-25 min.
I think it's from the bais yaakov cookbook for a chicken salad. Easy and delicious!
