OK so I only recall the punchline of this story.

The rabbi kept saying "from (whatever current city he was in) to London the fifth night of Chanukah has special power" or st like that that.

Then it ends with finding lost family (might have been st to do with OTD kid) in London on the fifth night.

Anyone.... I heard this story from my 12th grade halacha teacher Rabbi Chaim Marcus in bruriah high school, Eliz NJ over ten years ago.....
