did anyone do the weighted hula hoop and see good results? I'm trying to loose belly fat and wondering if it helps.

I've done it, I can't say for sure what it was that helped (was dieting and doing other excerise too) but I did see results and do recommend it, however, it's important to keep consistent (not just once a week) - when I wasn't consistent, I didn't notice too much difference.
