There is a mold smell at our firm that is getting worse and worse but we can't find the source.
We hired someone a long time ago but they didn't find anything.
We're looking for someone who really knows his stuff, can possibly do thermal imaging, and actually procures results.
Please help with a recommendation.

After spending money on the recommendation here without resolution, we end up having another person come down who was really honest and did not make money off us. I also had him consult in my home as well and he didn't make money there either with the testing that he felt was unnecessary (that the other person recommended we do and then wasn't able to help us with a resolution anyway).
