Bensalem? it's a suburb, young and kiruv oriented. They are actively looking for families to move in even without doing kiruv, to build up the community. They may offer perks and help.

Elkins Park is a beautiful community. It is affordable, with big homes and nice property sizes. You can search 19027 and see for yourself. We are centrally locates to all the schools, with free busing from kindergarten through high school. In Ekins Park, you will find a nursery school and Yeshiva Yesodei Yisroel, which is beginning it’s second year.
We have a gorgeous mikva, eruv, and are close to a number of supermarkets with kosher food, including the new House of Kosher. We are about 1 hour and 20 minutes from Lakewood and less than 2 hours from NY, depending on traffic!
