Had this probably syrian thing called something like edje.
It was a sort of coleslaw-ish omelet kind of thing.
Anyone know what I'm talking about and have a recipe?
More acurately it's like a frittata. You can make it with any kind of vegetable and eggs the most common being spinach and leeks. I have made with Swiss chard too. I'm not home right now but can look tonight for you.
