I will be in Berlin for business reasons that will necessitate staying over Simchat Torah.
Where should I stay so that I will be near a shul and perhaps food. I want to stay in the city center (because of easier access to the places I will need to be before and after the chag)
Is there a minyan in the city center?
(I know, I know, I'm not even ready for Pesach yet, who wants to think about Simchat Torah? I just want to lock in a hotel or airbnb. Because the fall chagim will come and I want to reserve a lodging now so that I can eat, sleep and daven this fall in Berlin)

No experience with Berlin, but whenever researching a new locale, I check GoDaven for that city, which shows me what shuls exist and where they are. Then check out their web pages to see what they're like and which seems like the best fit, and also if they have visitor information and recommendations for nearby hotels.

Beware, godaven is missing many European shuls.
I'd google the local name plus synagogue.
Contact Chabad and the rabbinate.
