I'm looking to learn photoshop in a short amount of time, work related.
Anyone know of someone who teaches it one on one or specializes in teaching it quickly?
(Not looking for online courses or youtube tutorials)

I could in theory  How much are you ready to pay? And what do you need to use it for? (There is no way to learn ALL of Photoshop in a crash course, but if you need to learn how to use it for a specific task that can be taught pretty quickly.)

Yes, so I don't need a full fledged course. I just need to learn a few specific things for a certain project.
