Quartz countertops- how to clean

I have quartz countertops and noticed some orange/brown stains. Might be rust from steel wool pads. Anyone know how to clean it? Thank you!

Don't leave steel wool pads on the countertops in the future.
Recommended cleaning products are non-ammonia windex; soft scrub; bar keepers friend

Not sure it's the steel wool as there are spots in other areas too.

I squeeze a fresh lemon on stains and let it sit for a little while. It removed coffee and grape juice stains it might work for rust too.
