Low-FODMAP vegan soup

Anyone have a good recipe? The person I'm having over can't have onions, garlic, broccoli, cauliflower or any fruit and is also vegan.

Would a barley/mushroom soup be okay?
I would saute mushrooms with thinly sliced or diced carrots, red peppers and other permitted veggies such as yellow squash or zucchini.
Then add boiling water, bring to another boil and add barley; cover and cook for approximately two hours and spice with salt, and pepper to taste.
BTW, what is FODMAP? I should have asked that before posting the recipe...

Cook Carrot, sweet potato, ginger, maple syrup, salt, pepper, fresh orange juice- purée

Mushrooms are not ok on low fod map diet.

She tries to avoid mushrooms too...

FODMAPs are certain types of sugars found in many vegetables and fruits that some people are sensitive to... here's a list

Is there any way to make a good zucchini soup without onions and garlic?

You can roast a red pepper or two and then add zuchinni and basil and lemon zest

Carrots, celery and herbs can really help. Does this person know what a good friend you are?
