Sara
Crockpot Meatloaf
2# hamburger
2 eggs
2 slices bread cut into cubes
milk (soy milk, non-dairy creamer)
ketchup
salt & pepper
diced onion
Beat eggs. Add bread cubes and enough milk to moisten. Add hamburger & onion. Mix well. Shape to fit crock pot. Season with salt & pepper. Pour ketchup on top. cook on low 8-12 hours.

1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Dressing Mix
1 package Italian Dressing Mix
1 package brown gravy mix
1 roast of choice
Procedure
Place roast in the bottom of a crockpot. Empty contents of the three packages on top of roast. Pour a little water into the bottom of the crockpot. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 or 7 hours.
Julie's Chicken Curry
1 cup of chopped onion
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 green peper, chopped
4 cups of hot water
3 tablespoon of curry powder
4 teaspoon of dehydrated chicken broth
1 tablespoon of Ketchup
1 teaspoon of salt
1 1/2 lb of chicken breast, cut in half
Procedure
Put the onion in the crock pot. Add the tomatoes and green peper on top. Combined the next five ingredients in a bowl. Pour overthe vegetables. Put the chicken pieces on top and cover. Cook on low for 8/10 hours or on high for 4/5 hours.
Julie's chili con carde
14oz (398ml) of tomatoes, in cubes
1 env. of onion soup
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
2 teaspoon of chili powder
1/4 cup of ketchup
1/2 teaspoon of browning and seasonning sauce
1/4 teaspoon of garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon of dehydrated basil
2 cup of chopped onion
2x14oz (2x398ml) red beans, canned
1 1/2 lb of ground beef
Procedure
Mix the first 10 ingredients in the crock pot. Cook the beef in a pan then drain. Put the beef in the crock pot. Mix and cover. Cook on low for 8-9 hours of on high for 4-4 1/2 hours. Makes 2L (8cups).
Julie's Flash chicken
1/2 cup of french dressing
1/2 cup of apricot preserve
1 env. of onion soup
3 lbs of chicken pieces
Procedure
Mix first 3 ingredients together. *Paint* every piece of chicken with the mix. Put the chicken in the crock pot and pour the rest of the mix on the chicken. Cover and cook on low heat for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours. Serves 6.
Julie's Merango Chicken
Ingredients
1 can(284ml) of sliced mushrooms, drained
1 cup of sliced onions
3 lb of chicken pieces
1 can (398ml) of tomatoes in cubes
1 envelop(43gr) of spaghetti sauce mix
Procedure
Put the mushrooms and onions in the crock pot and put the chicken pieces over. Combined the tomatoes and sauce mix in a bowl. Pour over the chicken. Cover and cook on low heat for 8/10 hours or high heat for 4/5 hours. Serves 6.
Julie's Med. steak
2 cups of spaghetti sauce
1/2 teaspoon of dehydrated oregano
1 teaspoon of salt
1/4 teaspoon of pepper
1 3/4 lb of steak
2 medium onions, cut in big pieces
1/2 lb of mushrooms
Procedure
Mix the first four ingredients in a bowl. Put the steaks in the crock pot then pour 1/3 of the mix on them. Put the onion and mushrooms on the meat then pour the rest of the mix on them. Cover and cook on low for 7/9 hours of on high for 3.5/4.5 hours. Serves 6.
Kathie's Slow Cooker BBQ
3# beef chuck roast
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
salt & pepper to taste
1 (18 oz) bottled bbq sauce
Procedure
Place beef chuck roast in slow cooker. Sprinkle with garlic powder and onion powder. Season with salt and pepper and pour bbq sauce over meat. Cook on low 6-8 hours. Remove meat from slow cooker, shred or finely slice, return to cooker and cook 1 more hour. Serve on sandwich buns.
Sara's Crockpot Chili
1 lb. of ground turkey, browned with one onion, salted
put in crock pot, then add
30 oz. can chili beans
30 oz. can light red kidney beans
30 oz. can dark red kidney beans
2 30 oz. cans diced tomatoes
1 package chile seasoning mix, or if I don't have one chili powder to taste
Procedure
Crock pot on high 4-5 hours. I serve over hamburger buns as sloppy joes, with salad or raw vegies on the side.
