Hi does anyone have a good recipe for chocolate icing for a cake? Easy and yummy.. Thank you so much!

Ganache makes the best chocolate frosting, IMO 
Chop 4oz dark chocolate and set aside. Heat 4oz cream, stirring, until it's hot enough to melt the chocolate but not boiling. Stir in the chocolate so it melts. You can pour it over a cake while still fairly warm if you want a very smooth finish, or wait for it to cool some more and spread it on if you want a rougher texture.
Butter can be substituted for the cream for a delicious alternative. I've never tried to make it pareve, though I'd guess there's a way to do it, albeit at the expense of flavor.

My sister makes a good one. Google satiny chocolate glaze. It's by allrecipes.
