What type of crowd goes there?

It's a mix and different sections have different crowds. There are chassidish people from b.p there is a big Flatbush crowd. Most of the people are approx 30-40s age group.

Homes, not sure how many there are. As others have said, it's a very well-to-do crowd.

Homes there are for some for sale. Approx 500 thousand. There are approx 8 sections. Plenty of homes.

Each circle is slightly different crowd and clique. I wouldn't go there without having friends there or knowing people.

They are privately owned homes. Might be some that rent theirs out.

I agree unless you go live my sister. She's not clique at all, but not necessarily so social, but her sister in law is and she's social and not clique and lives next to my sister. Don't remember the section she's in though.
