hi, and I am new to this whole forum thing. I tried to do a searcbh and caem up with nothing.
my sons teachers told me to day that they think he has ADD he is 6.
I do not want to medicate and would like to adjust his diet. does anyone have any recommendations or books that they think I might find helpful?
I am heartsik over this. help me!
also, any disipline ideas would be appreciated.

we have discussed this before...
Omega (flaxseed oil or fish oil)
There are calming remedies
Take away all refined sugars (no soda), nothing with dyes in it
