How long do I need to keep my potatoes in the oven for them to bake through?
Also, what temp?
Thanks!

If you're piercing and wrapping them in foil, 400 for 1 hour.

Whole in peel. I don't like to use foil because of aluminum.. Can I do same without the foil? What's the benefit of foil? And- is it really unhealthy or is that a misconception?

It depends a lot on your oven as well.
Mine takes well over two hours (closer to three) to get the potatoes soft. It's weird though because the issue is only with potatoes, everything else in my oven works fine - perhaps takes maybe just slightly longer than it should.
I usually resort to cooking them slightly first.

I bake the potatoes not in foil. Smallish sized potatoes, scrub peel, pierce them on all sides they shouldn't crack when baking. Bake on 400 for an hour (talking about in Israeli oven) then pierce to see if soft, if not continue baking.
Delicious, when eating - cut pots. in half, while still warm/hot smear butter on and sprinkle salt.

I boil them for a while, depends on the size, then I bake them long enough to get a crispy skin.

Thanks for the tip, a great idea when the potatoes are on the big side.

When I bake them uncovered I pierce, rub olive oil over skin, and bake uncovered on a cookie sheet at 350 for 1 hour. It comes out really nice.

I do this too on a cookie sheet on a tray without any water whatsoever. I do this and they come out delicious. I do it though in my oven at 200 Celsius.
