Open the drain cover, pull all debris out with gloves and sweep everything away as quickly as possible so it doesn't flood your basement. Then look for someone to call. My mom sometimes has this in the backyard from backlog of leaves over her personal drain.

Its the drain on my property. All I can fish out is lots of mud, no leaves.
