I wouldn't. Bear in mind that there is no fish market on Sunday so the salmon is not from today.

This is a good idea. Sweet and sour salmon can last ten days (using lemon juice if your minhag is not to use vinegar), I have two recipes for salmon marinated in cream sauce.

I prepared my salmon in the marinade, and froze it raw. Wednesday I will defrost and bake it.
