Have you actually checked in the SA (or Mishna Brurah)? I'm pretty sure it's there.

We used money for the newborn because we are afraid of germs.

Do I need to make Hatarat nedarim? (29 years doing with chicken)How does it work ?
And what’s the amount of money ? |
I have never heard of a need to do hataras nedarim.
Use the amount of money you'd like to give to tzedakah. Some people like to give an amount divisible by chai.

any details would be helpful |
The same way you would swing a chicken over your head, swing the money. The siddur gives you the words like Zeh Hamamon instead of Zos Hatarnigoles.

Thank you for this link. I just found out that in Antwerp they weren’t allowed to use chickens this year. I was telling my husband that I want to change to money. He was saying you don’t change customs. Now I can show him this.

I was told to use the amount of money that equals the cost of an average fresh kosher chicken in your supermarket. Makes sense to me.
