Is there anything problematic with serving chicken soup first and then fish as a main course for shabbos or yom tov?

The only "problem" is you'd have to eat a neutral food twice from chicken to fish, and then from fish to main. Not impossible, but have to make guests aware. For people who try to stay away from too much challah have an alternative neutral food for them.
