I believe that Pomegranate discounts a half hour before closing erev Shabbos. A family member of mine purchased take out like that weekly from them.

It's not takeout, but Weiss's bakery on Avenue M (and possibly also on 13th Avenue, but call to verify) sells their leftovers from that day at half price, I believe starting 1 hour before closing.

So does the bakery on 16 and 54th street
