Does anyone have a recipe for a parve cookie butter ice cream pie?

2 pints of pareve ice cream and one jar lotus butter. Let ice cream defrost enough so it can be mixed. Blend ice cream and lotus in blender put in graham cracker pie crust top with crushed lotus cookies and freeze. Makes enough for 2.
