Layer half your meatloaf recipe in a 8" square pan. Spread mashed potato layer. Follow with the rest of the meatloaf in the final layer. Bake. Serve in squares.
Purple spice and spirit. Look up shepherds pie recipe! The only part I do different, is once its all layered, I just pour whatever grease was left from the chopped meat that was browning over the top of the mashed potatoes, instead of using the margarine.
