Sorry I did not know where to ask this question.
I am interested in starting to attend weekly shiurim, I am open to any topic. Does anyone know of anyone, Rav of a shul maybe, who gives a shiur for woman?

I don't know, but if you put Baltimore in the title you might get more responses from people who know. Maybe they can direct you to a community listing of some sort. Hatzlacha!
