My general rule for chicken is 350 for 1.5 hours uncovered. If the chicken has skin it will be moist and cooked.

I prefer to skin the chicken and smear it with a mayo mixture before coating it in the crumbs. I also usually cover for at least 45 min to an hour . And the. Uncover for the last half hour. I like to do mine on 375 rather than 350.

It depends on the size of the leg. I prefer 375 for 1.5 hours for the size I usually use. Smaller legs use less time.
