I am a starting out recruiter looking for ideas of how to get the word out about available jobs in the Nurse Practitioner and Attorney Fields (other jobs as well)
How do you find applicants? What's the best way to get the word out?
Any ideas for me?
(I am terrible with social media but I am working on it. )

I am learning about LinkedIn... Are you a Recruiter? What is the best use of LinkedIn? How do you target potential recruits? Companies looking to hire a recruiting agency... etc. ?

I do know a lot about networking. I've had success with that before... Looking to take it to the next level and learn more about social media, sites that are helpful to use, people in these fields

Not a recruiter. But the majority of recruitment efforts being made in my direction are via LinkedIn.
