Hi,
I'm wondering if there is a way of determining in the store if one is holding a really good squash. I usually buy butternut squash and most of the time the taste is pretty bland. Once in awhile, it is really delicious. Is there a secret to choosing a good squash?
I'm talking 'delicious' without anything added-just straight our of the oven.
Thanks
