I'm looking for a stainless steel interior urn with a spout not a pump. Which of these companies would you get: the magic mill 35 cup, the electric tech 40 cup or the eurolux?
magic mill looks like the thickest so it might insulate it better? but it's more expensive and online not every review was good. The electric tech, I think that's the name, looks similar to the eurolux and are both thinner than the magic mill but cheaper. If you ever had one of these at home which would you get?

West Bend. I saw that one on sale too. I can't remember if it was at 14th Ave Hardware or the Buzz. It was in the Torah Times. I believe the sales are going until Tues or Wed.

We like the manual West Bend as other urns we've tried don't seem to last. We've researched but haven't tried all urns and it could be others have different experiences.

I bought the Magic Mill (its really nice looking) and one year later it only works on the Keep Warm setting.

Eventually the water gets boiling hot, but it takes forever, now that only the Keep Warm setting works.

I think I chose it because it didnt have to be toiveled because its Jewish made, and thats good because Ive killed appliances when I totally immersed them, but I probably wouldnt buy it again.

If the higher end ones break after a year, maybe I should stick with Eurolux. Anyone have it and happy with it?

I try to buy all my small appliances at Bed Bath and Beyond because of their great customer service. With coupons you do great. Unfortunately I bought the Magic mill in a Heimish store so Im stuck.

The black plastic thing is the coffee basket, because these are generally coffee urns, not hot water urns.

I prefer without the black plastic thing, the jewish brands don't have it, only the nonjewish brands have it.

What is their customer service policy if things break after warranty? I don't think they sell magic mill

BB&B customer service policy is so much better than most other stores policy, that if I were looking for an urn now, Id check which brands they offer and see if the brands that work for me (size, etc) are highly rated on Amazon, and if yes, I'd buy on BB&B.

Otherwise, Id be looking for something very cheap. that I know based on past experience wont last more than a year, if that long. When it breaks, Id just buy another inexpensive one.
