De goldy I just make mine up as I go along. e.g. potatoe suprise since indeed it tastes suprising each time it's eaten, and believe it or not by giving them fancy names people eat it.
If only they knew what I put in to give it the name

Cheese Latkas
1 lb. farmer cheese
3 tsp. sour cream
3/4 cup flour
3 eggs
2 vanilla sugar
1/8 cup sugar
Mix all ingredients untill smooth.
