Does anyone know if lasagna freezes well? If yes, can it be successfully reheated in either a microwave or large toaster oven?

It freezes beautifully. Cover it really tightly with aluminum foil, and maybe even an extra layer of something, like putting it in a large freezer bag or extra foil. You want to prevent freezer burn.
It reheats well, either in the microwave or oven. If frozen, it'll take a while, so you might want to defrost it in the fridge overnight before reheating. It takes a long time to defrost.

I prefer to freeze lasagne prior to baking. then put it -still frozen- in the oven at 350 for 2 hrs
personally I wouldn't microwave pasta, I find the texture gets weird in the microwave.

Lasagna is great after freezing, be sure to wrap well and when reheating, just cover with tomato sauce.

I make my lasagna without cooking the noodles first - I haven't tried freezing it. do you think it would work?
