What would be the best way to do this in Brooklyn? Bulka? Touro? Beth Israel? Should I insist she go to seminary first next year or should she start right away? She graduates 12th grade in June and is not so interested in seminary but would possibly go for half day. I am also concerned hashkafically. Any practically advice would be greatly appreciated. If your a mom or nursing student pls feel free to also pm me. Thank you.

The New Seminary (Reb. Bulka) has a good nursing program and the first year is combined college and seminary. I know some good, solid Bais Yaakov girls who went through her program. Sounds like a good choice for your daughter.

Hatzlacha!
I am a big proponent of seminary but appreciate how many options there are, especially if you're based in NY, for continued formal learning. It might just be weekly but it'll give her a good chevra and connections not to mention the most important thing of all: the growth for the classes. And if something such as tigerwife works for your daughter, that's the best of both worlds.
