Anyone familiar with this issue?
It's on my Android phone. Only my regular email account has this issue. My other account on this same phone opens and downloads in a blink.
Any advice appreciated. Thanks!!

I had this issue on my gmail app..I thought maybe it was from overuse.
2 things that helped me.
1. Restarting my phone let me open attachments right after it rebooted.
2. Using gmail.com site instead of the app always worked for this issue. The site is not as clear as the app but was worth it if needed.

Turn phone or device off and then back on. Most devices have a restart option near shut down that shuts it down and turns it back on for you.

I did that. It doesn't seem to help.
