At what age would you switch a boy from a female to a male pediatrician?

We go to a pediatric group. For well visits I schedule ahead I make sure my girls have a female doctor and my boys have a male doctor. Sick visits are luck of the draw but the kids don't mind since they don't have to get undressed.

When I need to take 2 kids for a throat culture at the same time I really don't want to make 2 different appointments. Same for well visits.
