The rays of sunshine coming in through the huge windows in my home

My teeth dont hurt even though I dont go to the dentist (ha! whom am I kidding?)

My hands don't have hair so they look clean without effort.

I get to spend time with DH daily as he's out of job.
Am not depressed, though we have no income.
Special needs child is very sweet.
Therapists coming in on daily basis, so I have my social outlet come right into my house, no need to go out to socialize.

1) Being alive. Hashem gave me another day to live. I have cancer so this one is kind of self explanatory.
2) Kisses from my two year old that smell like lollipops.
3) Being made a partner at the law firm where I work. Hashem is truly remarkable sometimes.

DVOM- my kids absolutely loved throwing sticks and leaves in to a frozen lake and seeing how it just stayed on top. I couldn't believe how long it entertained them for!

I am actually still at work, so my big guy (husband) was supervising my little guys on the pond. If I'd been home I might have nixed the plan (too cold, nightmarish imaginings of kids falling through the ice, fear of the very friendly deer and other creatures who live in the woods around the pond). Good thing I wasn't there though, because it sounds like they were at it for hours and had a blast!

I bought my daughter a new top that is hi low with a bottom like a taffeta gown and she smiled and said she felt like a princess

I'm trying to work on something for my community and I felt like I was hitting an impasse and suddenly I got 3! e-mails related to it that makes it seem like maybe it will happen after all.

I was planning on getting a passport for my younger dc only to realize that my older dc's passport expired so I'm going to wait to take both together. Glad I'm not going to have to make two trips

I'm feeling better then yesterday when I had an upset stomache.
