My son was trained already half a year ago. I just took away the potty and trying to teach him to stand AND AIM! It ain't working. Even when I'm there with him, it never goes into the toilet bowl. He is to the short side, but when I bought a 4 inch step stool, he was too tall, and it didn't work either. Any advice?

Maybe just keep him sitting until he gets older? Is there any reason to have him stand ? My son is 3.5 and he still sits ...

No advice here. I take my son to the bathroom every time and hold him to the right height and make sure he doesn't touch. I don't understand how a child that age could be trusted to aim.
Recently b"h he starting being able to just about reach on tippy toes. I really hope he should be using the bathroom independently soon.

Does he know whatvyou want from him. I play all such of "aim games." 4 cheerios floating in toilet aim for the cheerio make it jump. Stuff like that.
I bought a curved step stool so it went against the toilet really close. That always helped.
