I found a bag of California veg blend in my freezer. Has in it broccoli, zucchini, red pepper and green beans.
Can anyone tell me what is the best way to use it?

saute an onion - add frozen veggies with a tablespoon of water.
Cook on a high flame for 5-7 min. - sprinkle salt.

I make an easy vegetable soup out of it. Sauté an onion. Add veggies with some spices. Add water. When cooked blend some of it.
Delicious and easy!
