My 8 year old is struggling with spelling and math. I'd like to get her evaluated so we can figure out why she's having these difficulties. Someone just told me about Mrs Metzbach from Monsey. She's supposed to be great at figuring out where the issue stems from. Then she gives you some physical exercises to do which help target the area in the brain which needs help.
I'd love to hear personal feedback. If anyone has gone to her, would you mind sharing if she has helped your child?

I haven't used her but my neighbor had afew kids evaluated by her & she's raving about her. She let her know exactly what excersizes/work each kid needs. My neigbor claims she's amazing. But she's expensive.

What are her credentials?
I would only trust someone licensed to specialize in this field.
I have seen much too much (expensive) guesswork

I only heard of her recently, and don’t know her personally, but 2 people told me they’ve seen amazing results.

She's not licensed but her success rate is said to be high. You have to wait weeks before you can get an available appointment. Im sure people aren't running to her for naught. (And btw 'licensed' does not guarantee success either! )
