Does anyone know if UHC community offers gym reimbursement? Has anyone had any luck redeeming it?

They did a couple of years back but it’s an easy call to them.

I asked them about it last year and they said they don't reimburse/pay for gyms, but they do cover nutritionists.

There seems to be a lot of material online if you google "United Healthcare gym reimbursement." It doesn't specify medicaid/community plan so I wonder.
Reps don't always have accurate information, from my experience, so I was hoping to hear that someone was/wasn't reimbursed
