I used to manage an ecommerce website that had easily customizable backend but that platform doesn't work for my new projects.
How do I go about fixing existing sites?
I have a few where original guy that put it together wants crazy money for edits.
I'm thinking maybe it's better to find a diff template altogether. But how do I switch up a template on existing site? Can I somehow back up current version just in case? Helpppp!!!
How do I proceed for new site? Start with domain, hosting, then add Wordpress template and customize it?
Which templates are good for us-based stores?
Specifically, I have a problem that I need "subscription" for recurrent orders, and parent/child products for diff sizes of the same product.
Is there maybe an existing ecommerce platform I could use?
Really, if anyone specializes in building and fixing ecommerce sites I would just hire them, but only for reasonable rates. Not thousands of dollars for one minor tweak.
Thank you all who could guide me in the right direction!
