Dh bought beef chuck patties. I’m assuming thats hamburgers?
Whats an easy tasty way to make them?

Pan fry with a minimum of oil so it doesn't stick.
If you have a grill pan even better

You can arrange them in one layer on a cookie sheet and bake in oven preheated to 425 for 20 min.
If they're not preseasoned, season generously on both sides before cooking/grilling/baking.
