Hi, My baby is around 4 months old and I need to put her on a schedule. The problem is she is sleeping on my bed so I feel like I have to move her first to her crib which is another few sleepless nights.

Can anyone help me with the process of how I should switch her to the crib and how I should put her on a schedule? I would appreciate detailed instructions. Thanks!

She eats about every 3-4 hours then goes to sleep when I do which is anywhere between 10 and 12 then she wakes up for a feeding in middle of the night.

Check Pinterest, there you can see many different schedules, that can help you. I find that if I put him to sleep at 7 he sleeps much better
Good luck

Try to find a pattern of feeding, playing and sleeping that suits you and your baby and stick to it every day.
For my 4 months old, I have the following schedule :
Wake up at 6.30 am
8 - 9 am nap
11 - 1:30 pm nap
3 - 4 pm nap
I feed him when he wakes up, and his last feed of the day is at 6 pm.
What helped me the most is to start the evening routine really early, I. e. 5:30 if you want to give your baby a bath.
Good luck with everything!!

I put my babies down for the night at 7, keep the lights/shades open when they nap so they know that nighttime is dark & they sleep longer. Dont let baby nap for long. I never take into my bed so I don't have the transition problem.

Schedule comes with time.
Let it go.

But do our her in her own crib. She might sleep better. Just start putting her to sleep there
