My wash machine broke today mid cycle. I had it for 15 years. not digital.I used it and abused it. I need to buy a new one tomorrow. I'm looking at reviews and getting really confused. Ladies can you help me out, if you have your machine more then a few years, washes clothes well and didn't need repairing and happy with it, pls share your make and model #. Thanks

I have the Whirlpool Duet. I love it. The only thing that annoys me though is that the pause button works even when control lock is turned on. My toddler loves hitting pause.

Kenmore elite front load, great review from consumer reports. Huge can wash so much yet uses like a 1/3 less than conventional top loaders. Had it for 4 years, no issues bh

I've had the whirlpool duet & it broke afew times till it finally died. It's was only about 6 years old. Started having problems after 2 years.
I got now the LG, I've heard rave reviews about it.
