Loads! My son is egg, dairy and nuts free, and I bake all the time. Nut free just choose recipes that are nut free, or in granola you can replace wirh cheerios or pretzels for crunch. For egg replacer you have loads of choice, depending on what you're making. In most cookies or cakes, except sponge, you can easily replace 3 or 4 eggs and no one will notice. You can buy an egg replacer powder from the health food shop that you add with water. In cakes, soya milk or Apple sauce or yoghurt replace the eggs and keep the cake very moist. In cookies, egg replacer or soya milk works fine. In muffins or granola bars or textured cakes like banana cake or carrot cake, ground flax seed mixed with water replaces the binding action of the eggs and adds nutrition. Generally it's 1/4 c liquid to replace an egg.

Chia seeds or flax seeds with water make a really good egg substitute. Just google flax eggs.

Wacky cake is a really good egg-free cake that doesn't require special ingredients. It is also nut-free and dairy-free. The basic cake is chocolate, but there are other versions, too. Google for the recipe. Also try googling for vegan cakes, they will be egg-free, and there are tons of vegan recipes on the internet.
