Any recipe for ground/minced chicken.
I find they are all tasteless.
Any good recipes?

Yes. But this is eggless and has no "filler" in the traditional sense.
Up your alley?

I don't mind anything.
I can try them all at different times and see which recipe has more success with my family.

This is healthy, juicy and delicious.
1.22 lb. To 2 lb. ground chicken
I whole Vidalia onion, chopped small
1 red onion, chopped small
2 pieces of scallions, chopped small
1 small Jalapeño pepper(optional. Adds great kick) chopped tiny! (don't touch eyes!)
1 red pepper, diced
1 yellow pepper, diced
Using Pam or olive all, fry the above 6 ingredients until golden brown.
Add:
2 Tablespoons ground almonds
Sprig of Fresh dill or flakes
Fresh parsley or flakes
4 cloves of garlic, crushed (I use frozen cubes)
Salt & pepper to taste.
Add that to ground chicken breast and mix well with a fork.
Either spoon them onto a greased cookie sheet and bake, or spoon them into a heated frying pan and fry them like burgers. (I fry them. They're awesome!)
I find that the olive oil for frying is negligible and is less fatty than adding eggs.
I can never ever make enough of these. They're always grabbed up.
You can use a course chopper to chop the veggies and it takes much less time. I don't bother with the chopper though...
And I repeat: do not rub your eyes after you chop the hit pepper. BTDT.
And if you don't use the whole onion or the whole pepper, use a parve knife. And throw away leftover raw onion..
Good Luck!
ETA : if you like it less colorful, only use one color pepper.
