For the brisket - boil coveted for 3 hrs. Pour honey mustard dressing on top. Cover and bake on 350 for 20 min. It sounds really weird, but it's beyond yummy. It's gonna become ur new fave food in the universe.

Prepare salmon- a little salt and smear some teriyaki sauce. Bake 400 till done.

Serving- in a long platter place pepper slaw all around. Place salmon on top. Spoon liquid of slaw on top of salmon and slaw. Decorate salmon with all the mandarines

We love salmon and this is our fave...keeps salmon v moist.
Mix honey and deli or dijon mustard with a little olive oil in a plastic cup.
Spread over top of slamon.
In your hand hold panko crumbs and press them down onto the salmon. Cover the salmon with crumbs. Bake uncovered
Dont overbake so fillets that are smallish would be about 20 min
..thicker ones a bit longer.
Really good. We often habe room temp fri night.
Ps.the pickled brisket I do like above poster said....boil. cool. Slice. glaze and put in oven 20 min covered.
