-Karpas (use cooked parsnip from chicken soup)
-Chazeres (leaves)
-Eggs & salt water (see above)

Friday Night Seder
-Cranberry bella brisket (from becca and debsey)
-Two tone roasted potatoes (cube and bake erev YT)
-Roasted vegetables (cube day before, bake erev YT)
-cucumber salad (keeps well in fridge for a week)

Shabbos Day Meal
-Egg salad (see above re hard eggs)
-Yapsuk in the crockpot
-Quinoa avocado salad (bake quinoa in advance, cut veggies and assemble salad morn bed meal)
-Marinated salad (keeps well in fridge for a week)

Saturday Night Seder
-Meatballs
-Potato knish kugel (like mashed potatoes but can be made in advance, frozen and heated through in the oven)
-Zucchini sticks (cut day before, roast erev YT, bring to room temp bef meal)
-Cole slaw (stores in fridge for a few days)

Sunday Day Meal
-Corned beef
-Potato salad (can be made 2 days in advance)
-Garlic asparagus (make erev YT, bring to room temp morn of meal)

I would ask family to be in charge of dessert. Dessert is easy to travel with even if coming from far

I'm 100% pro this idea.

OP dessert could be fruit salad, cut up fruit or applesauce . Keep it simple.
You'll be great.
If you need any recipe ideas other than what you received PM me. I'd love to assist.

Op would it work with your in laws, if they won't bring anything then maybe ask for help while they are there. For example "cann you please cut up these melons for dessert?" Or "can you please cut and slice the cucumbers for the cucumber salad?"...
I find the stuff that have to be donne on yom tov hard. All the rest I like to cook earlier.
I'm not into desert. I make a big pot of apples, and pears cooked up for anyone that wants somethingsweet at the end of the meal.

At what temperature and for how long do you bake schnitzel so it's not dried out!

Arrange in one layer on a cookie sheet, spray or brush with oil (optional) and place in oven preheated to 400 degrees. Bake uncovered for 20 min.

Would it help to put up signs in every room saying "Quiet Hours 7:30 pm-6 am, please be considerate of sleeping children"?

Glad that Pesach is over. My sister in laws and brother in laws were so rude and disrespectful. They didn't clean up after thselves and made comments what I brought to the table. Noone helped serve or clean up.Now go figure I feel hurt and I am sick.

Poor shaifalah! Don't think that there is anything wrong with your hosting capabilities or your cooking. Everyone knows how hard you worked. Your inlaws need to learn how to behave and they obviously are the ones with the issues. Hope you are feeling better and are back to yourself real soon. It's over! Breathe!! And give yourself a pat on your back. Hug Hug
