I heard about a shaitel gemach in Lakewood. Does anyone have information about it? Is it just for very poor people or can regular people who pay tuition and buy matza etc but then can't afford hundreds or thousands on a new shaitel go there? Tia

I think there are at least two resale places where you can pay much less.
As far as Gemach if you can't afford a sheitel I believe they will try to help you. But if you can spend a few hundred you may get something gently used that you'll enjoy.

Mashy Flagler (sheitel macher) can give you the name of someone with a free gemach. Look her up and ask her. It is for anyone.
