I'm going through a depression. I usually don't have the emotional capacity to listen to shiurim. But I felt a little better last night (BH!) and was in the mood, so I found this shiur:

https://www.torahanytime.com/#.....57303

and it is AMAZING! For context, the speaker is no stranger to suffering, being an older single herself. She is hilarious! But also very deep and the message is so inspiring.

Even if you don't think it will help, you have no patience for shiurim, etc. etc. I'm telling you, just try it for 5 minutes. It's so absorbing and entertaining, the time will fly by.

I am VERY picky with shiurim, so if I was able to enjoy it you will, too!

And ((((hugs)))) for whatever you are going through in your life. Keep fighting the good fight.

...also, please post any shiurim which have inspired, given you chizuk, and/or entertained through hard times. I would greatly appreciate it.

Thanks for sharing! I never heard of her before. She's great!

Does she give a live shiur somewhere?

I don't know. It does sound like it from the shiur. Maybe in Flatbush somewhere?

From some googling, it looks like she gives regular shiurim at Ohr Naava. Maybe they have a schedule on their site.

I have been listening to her classes on Torah anytime for a while. She seems like such an amazing person and so positive. She always manages to inspire me. I am in Israel and don't know very many guys, I would be so happy to see her get married
