The Torah doesn't say anything about Zodiac signs. We are warned multiple times not to engage in witchcraft, and some think that horoscopes fall in that category.
Signs of the zodiac were certainly familiar to Jews over the years. Ancient shuls in Tzippori, Beit Alfa and Hamat Teveria have been dug up and had mosaics with Zodiac signs.

Kabbalistically, it is talked about a lot. One has to learn it with Torah and with a good Torah book or listening to a competent lecturer. There are many rabbis who talk about it if interested. We are taught they have significance but Jews are above mazal so no fortune telling or star gazing allowed. We are not stuck in any fate decided by stars such as Avraham found out. We are allowed to learn about personalities and traits according to the months. Rabbi Eliyahu Kin, Rabbi Alon Anava, many more who post online lectures. This is interesting: Ask the Rabbi Ohr Sameach
