Shabbos marked the 3rd Yahrzeit of the petirah/passing of the 7 precious Sassoon children. Let's bring them even more zechusim by spreading the word of 7 diamonds weekly! Despite this extremely busy time of the year, we cannot forget them.

Can we count on you to forward the below to 7 friends/family?

On Rosh Chodesh Nisan
Hashem did send
A most difficult tragedy
Too painful to comprehend

We cried along
As we heard and watched
Rabbi Sassoon eulogize
It pierced into our hearts

Our minds felt numb
Our souls full of ache
We knew that Hashem
Chose us to awake

Our Chazal tell us
When our emotions are stirred
Action is needed
So that our voice can be heard

When we take our pain
And use it to transform
We have given it purpose
We have fixed what is torn

Join thousands of woman/girls from around the world in a bi-weekly email program of lessons based on daughters of dignity for a zechus for the 7 sassoon children continued strength for Rabbi Sasoon, Gayle & Tzipora!

To join, simply send email to 7diamondsweekly@gmail.com with the word SUBSCRIBE in the subject line.

Can’t believe it’s already 3 years to that terrible event that tore through our hearts..
Here is a moving song about the tragedy that someone wrote back then (ends on a hopeful note)

They were separated at the time which is why he was not home. They divorced a year later.

I obviously don't know what marriage issues existed, but somehow this saddens me to hear that the poor surviving daughter doesn't even have her parents living together.

Such a terrible story, heartbreaking, can't believe it's 3 years!

What a wonderful forum you have formed infectious with חסד!

Unfortunately another disease has been caught here- it’s name :“ RECHILUT” rabidly contagious & deadly as we can kill people with our words.
“Mr.”Sassoon& Mrs.Gayle Sassoon were NOT separated at all anytime before nor the night of the fire.Leave the judge & jury to HKBH .
“Pe- Sach” (close mouths) our words are counted , Make them Count
