Rib steak in a grill pan

I have two steaks for dinner tomorrow. How would I make them easy and delicious in a grill pan. Should I marinate in something tonight, and what?

We sprinkle Montreal steak seasoning, salt and pepper and then grill 4 minutes on one side, 3 min on the other - for medium.
